Scott has a client-centred, psychodynamic approach that uncovers the developmental roots of thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. Scott aims to help clients to understand themselves and their relationships at a deeper level.
Scott’s practice is an open and non-judgemental space where clients can freely explore their anxieties, interpersonal relationships, attachment issues, obsessive thought processes, intrusive thoughts, feelings of panic, feelings of guilt and other concerns. His approach also considers existential themes such as meaning, freedom of choice and feelings of isolation.
As well as being a parent, Scott has worked with teenagers and young adults in various settings. By fostering greater self-awareness and self-acceptance, Scott aims to support clients to build healthier relationships with others and themselves.
